Jill Goode’s story echoes the lifestyle she has sold over the years.

Jill and husband Bob bought their first house in Melbourne’s Middle Park and immediately fell in love with real estate. After 10 years of four-seasons-in-one-day weather and a fantastic holiday in Noosa, the family was bundled into the station wagon for the sea-change of a lifetime.

Their first business was a kit home building company in Sunshine Beach Road, the first log cabin was their display home and Jill’s new understanding of building and architecture would prove to be advantageous.

In 1992 Jill joined Bob in their 3rd real estate business and apart from several breaks, has constantly pursued her passion for selling real estate. “The Tom Offermann Real Estate team is very focused, and totally cohesive,” says Jill, whose father taught her that, if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing well. “That's something I have applied to everything I do. I have admired Tom’s business acumen over the years and I’m proud to be part of his team.”
