Sales exceeding $10M at auction continued this month following on from last month’s blockbuster auction sales of 2 houses just hours apart for a combined value of $30M, and these were hot on the heels of houses our agents negotiated on Noosa Sound for $30M and $20.5M.

The baton of ownership finally passed to new owners for Hastings Park Penthouse 9 from sellers who bought the property brand-new through me 30 years ago.  The rarity of the opportunity was not missed on several bidders who competed until hammer fell to a happy Victorian family for a purchase price for $12.51M.

The apartment offers a rare four-bedroom configuration with three bathrooms, a roof terrace, and sweeping views across Noosa Beach and Laguna Bay.
