Damien is an early-riser ensuring daughter Sienna, is poolside at 5am to train and maintain her championships status for St Andrews College, in his neighbourhood of Peregian Springs, before heading to the beach with his dog, catching up with friends, and always keeping an eye on the local real estate scene. 

A Rate My Agent winner for Sunshine Beach 4-years ago, he is a sponsor of St Thomas Moore primary school, coaches the local touch football team, has been an active member of the Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and is a keen golfer.
