I refer to an earlier review given to Chris. I cannot speak too highly of his performance. We set Chris above market price target with firm instructions that we were not negotiable on price. Chris understood the instructions and worked to and achieved our goal. He was at all times courteous but never intrusive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to prospective sellers.
