Each morning as the sun rises, meticulous and pragmatic Tom can be found plying his kayak on the Noosa River, feeling motivated by another exciting day ahead filled with new accomplishments, working alongside great people, and being associated with myriad interesting and dynamic clients from all walks of life.
Tom, a self-confessed outdoors-type, became besotted by Noosa’s natural charms in the mid ‘80s and they remain just as irresistible today, although equally important is the sense of community.

“People are the soul of the Noosa shire,” explains Tom. “The spectrum of people we have the privilege to serve is immense. During a typical day I can meet with business leaders, celebrities, politicians, people at the top of their games from all over the world, retirees and even some first home buyers. Our industry and where we live provide a unique combination that connects us with such a diverse group of people on a level no other profession offers.”

On the other hand, Tom acknowledges the trust given to an agent to sell someone’s property is humbling, “because out of all their possible choices they’ve picked you. The thrill of the chase never subsides even after having sold thousands of properties. Every sale is different and every successful sale for clients is immensely satisfying.”
